I won't mention the site until everything is cleared up but, I am 99.99999% sure that there has been a mistake in my account balance.
I have checked the "AMOUNT IN" and "AMOUNT OUT" for each of the tables I played on today and is obviously a mistake. I should have an extra $750 in my account.
Has anybody else experienced this before?
Thanks -
Was it Bodog?
Just a guess since their site is the only one that comes to mind with the history of Amount It and Amount Out. -
No, not Bodog. I dont want to say which site it is until I get things confirmed from them.
But yeah, it is similar to the Amount In/Out on Bodog....
I just want to know if this happens or has happened to anyone. -
Adam,
At first, I was going to write a 'bad' email. But I know that wouldn't get me anywhere, I told them EXACTLY what happened in the most polite way. I am just waiting for their response now and thought I'd post this on some of the forums to see if it has happened to other people in the past or if anyone knows about it happening to somebody...
I am sure there is a mistake - but not sure how they could let this happen... -
Yes, it did happen to me on Doyle's Room once before. I spoke w one of their cust. service reps through their "Live Help Chat" and after about a 20 minute "investigation"...they came back and said that there was a disconnection error or something like that and that my funds weren't properly credited to my account. They did credit my account properly after I spoke w them though.

DreamPoker (prima/microgaming) has been donking me for 2 weeks
over a cash out. I met all their requirements 10 days ago (deposit,
raked hands & ID proof). I hate ring games... arggg.
Their out of S. Africa and it's almost comical at this point.
A diff excuse everyday, blocked my email address...
I learned Neteller will intervien for you (pr@neteller.com), which
atleast got my deposit back. They even then sent the balance
thismorning... ummm... declined... lol.
This is no reflection on other prima/microgaming sites. I've played
for years on various others and never had a prob. If anyone
has contact info however for prima/microgaming or an
auditing/oversite service for them I would appreciate it.

When I initially deposited on Absolute my money never showed up in my account, but Neteller had deducted it. It was one of those things where Neteller was insisting that Absolute received the money and Absolute was insisting they didn't. It took over a week to resolve but Absolute finally "found" the money on their end.
I'm not suggesting foul play. Since that time I've had other experiences with Absolute that would indicate their deposit/withdraw system is seriously flawed. It will sometimes take over 6 days for them to process my withdrawl requests. Combine this with a new install every single day and I just decided to leave Absolute to avoid the hassle. -
Yeah, I deposited at everest Poker to do a little bonus whoring and after i tripled my deposit (from $20 to $60, so not that much) I woke up the next day and my account was locked due to "suspicious activity" (in other words, you made a deposit and we consider that suspicious since our website is such a piece of shit). They wanted me to send a copy of my ID, the front and back of my credit card, a credit card statement, and fill out a form that basically said it's ok if you use my credit card without my knowledge. After getting the run around for a few days I sent them a nice little f-bomb laden e-mail and i fully expect to never see my money again. So, tell everyone you know to never play at this joke of a site.

You know its entirely possible that someone else hacked your account
-
How in the world could anyone hack your account at an poker site? Nearly everyone here believes that would be impossible.
-
Noone hacked my account, unless they left the exact amount of money in there when they were done, in which case they are retarded.
-
yes cd poker did they scamed me out of my bonus money my advise stay to the big sites and play there
gl -
I agree....play the big sites who have track records.....DreamPoker ? everest Poker ?....wtf are these ?..... some high school kid in his parent's basement running a poker site ?
