  1. Hey guys, I just downloaded the poker tracker 3 and wanted to use the trial version. When I download it this message come up:

In order to efficiently store and access your information, PokerTracker needs PostgreSQL installed on your computer.
PostgreSQL is a free database engine that will run in the background unnoticed.
Would you like for PokerTracker to install PostgreSQL for you

I then download the PostgreSQL and it says:

Service PostgreSQL Database Server 8.3' (pgsql-8.3) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system.

Can anyone help me to make this work?

  3. Probably get more help in the postgreSQL forum on PT website:

    http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/v...a90f12c4cd3ec9

If you read through the posts your problem may already have been covered. If not, make a new post and someone from PT support will help you out.
  4. i had the same problem, i think it was because i have f-secure internet security, they dont seem to work well together. I gave up trying to get it to work, emails to support didnt really help.
