  5. I have been eligible for it every month of it's existence. This is the FIRST time I've played it. Just always seem to forget. Guess I don't like a shot @ free money.

I think I'm 0 for around 20 in these things since I made SilverStar near the end of last year, 80% of those bustouts were on beats similar to this one. Anyway to defend against this except for just telling yourself to get them in good and damn the consequences?
  7. Dude had 12 outs. Hardly a huge suckout.
  8. Do you make that call either on turn or river? Because I knew he had a flush draw, though my read was spades. That flop call is definitely bad with 4 outs and that turn call to a 2x pot bet for 2/3rds of his stack with just a draw?
  9. No, I agree with you there. I would have never even seen the turn card, let alone the flop with that hand. But once he saw the turn, he's going nowhere.
  10. You'd call 2/3rds of your stack on what is best a 24% probability that you hit? That's a bad turn call, IMO. 12 outs are much less valuable on the turn than on the flop.
  11. 5th in chips at first break

  14. I would also like to note that calling a raise pre with ace seven, is not what I call tag...
  15. I raised, and have been playing anything but TAG, believe me.
