What if these milestone hands are dealt in tournaments? It's not like its unlikely that a good amount of these hands will be dealt in tournaments. And it says on the website in Cash Games for those bonuses to be distributed. Just Wondering if anyone knows what will happen.

i don't believe tournament hands are counted. this is the 5 billionth cash game hand... i could be wrong but i'm almost 90% sure.

Im guessing by saying "cash games" they just mean non play money games.

I sent an email about this and they said that only ring games count for the milestone/5billionth hand.

Its $2k for being dealt in any of the milestone hands $5k if you win the hand. Then $5k for being dealt in the 5billionth hand, and i THINK $10k to the winner of that hand. Plus there are multipliers for VIP status

I don't think that you can tell what hand # you are in until the hand is actually completed, however I could be wrong, either way this is a kick ass promotion.

For the milestone hands you get $2,000 for just being in the hand, $5,000 for winning it. Thats assuming you are a BronzeStar...if you're higher VIP, the money is bigger.
For the 5billionth hand you get $10,000 AND a free entry into the WCOOP Main Event JUST FOR BEING DEALT into the hand, the winner of that hand get $50,000 and a free entry into the WCOOP Main Event.
So basically this promotion is the shit. -

dont trick your self into thinking you have a *good* chance at these. its fun if it happens
but EVEN if you are playing when the hands happen (not too hard to predict) your table will just have a (my wild guess) 1 in 5K chance.
(1 in 5k aint so hot. if you flopped a quad 44 against an opp with pp 88... would you be all that worried he wins?)

..the game number I currently see is 4,926,310,517 .......
doesn't this mean they still need to deal about 74 million more hands to get to 5 billion ?
...seems this is MORE than just a few hours away ? ...what am I missing here ? -

I say about 2-3 hours away, and if Im in a milestone hand tim, Im pushing preflop because that might give me the win if everyone folds...giving me more money than them hehe

it is a longshot get dealt one, milestones late in 04(billionith hand then) was a nice spread but all pot limit and no limit tables, waiting lists were crazy you had to stake out your tables hours in advance
