    Can someone explain to me what is going on there? As I read it, anyone that was dealt a hand as the 5 billionth hand was dealt wins at least $5k. Is that right?

    I believe every one at the table for the 5 Billionth hand is gauranteed $10K and you get bonuses for your VIP status if you have one.

    Winner of the hand gets $50K and also gets more based upon the VIP status

    at their 1 billionth hand givaway, i think the guy who won that hand was playing a 25-50 cent limit game and won 55 grand. Everybody else at the table won several thousand.

    There is 50k to the winner of the 5 bill hand. And up to 110k based on ur star status for the winner of that hand.

    There are also many prizes for the people who play hands like the 4.35 bill hand, 4.40 bill hand etc.

    no, play money is nor eligible for this (as they aren't considered hands). But play money has it's own contest.

    Though micro limits do count.

    wow that is nuts!!!!!!!!!!!! and also i believe they will be giving a wsop main event seat to the winner of the hand and any1 else involved.... i also wonder if ppl are gonna start like 30 tabling, low stakes tables or something just to up their chances..

    At a rough questimate, I reckon it will happen in around 11/12 days time. Very rough and maths aint my strong point.

    I will be at least 16 tabling... hopefulyl more... mostly .01/.02 HU and 1 dollar sngs\

    and i will be telling the table to fold every single hand as fast as possible...

    I got close to hitting it for the 3 billionth hand... think i was in 3,000,000,002

    Anyone know the true odds of the 5,000,000,000 hand being a bad beat? I think that Dise Sportsbook is laying 3 to 5 (which sounds like EASY MONEY) on it being AA cracked by J-9 (see pokerstars Game #4908223414 for an example)
