Is it normal for stars to provide a FedEx tracking number, and for it not to work for 2 days? Not n FedEx's system ect. How long do the cheques from the courier usually take?
Also, for having the 'best' support, Stars staff are a complete joke. I have exchanged more than 20 emails with them this week and they regularly neglect to read the email content. It seems they pick and choose to which points/questions they like to address.
After 4 years I am done playing on Stars, and will play mostly at FTP. Low stakes players mean nothing to Stars, and they don't give a fuck about them. This has been proven by dealing with these boneheads over the time I played there. Having shitty structures and payout structures would also be a good reason to leave. Ever since Lee Jones left, Stars has been on a constant slide imo.

please tell me youre not sending emails and going to the forums within even a week from requesting the withdrawal...
ive never received a check from courier from stars or ftp but ive had thigns shipped from amazon and ebay and yes sometimes it takes a couple days from the time you get your tracking number before you see anything. -
Overreaction FTW. Jesus man, 20 emails over a week??? Really? you should be thirlled your getting responses to every riduclous "wheres my money" email. FTP would ignore you for a week. Regular mail checks from stars takes 3 or 4 days lately, im sure your courier check is fine.
