  1. Full tilt has been my site of choice for a while now. However, reading about the whole withdrawal issues and how each site responded I feel like I should switch over to pokerstars. The bonus was obv. way nice on pokerstars, but the thing I was even more impressed about was that support emailed them back and updated them. Maybe I"m wrong because I don't currently have pokerstars, but I can speak on my full tilt expirence. They don't email us back, but they send mass emails saying 3-5 business day delays and then yet again nothing shows up. I wouldn't mind waiting 2 months for my money, but when they say it's coming and yet again doesn't come it gets old. I've gotten 2 different 3-5 day delay emails now and my cashout was processed on May 5th since my last update. So it's been past the 3-5 business day mark, so looks like I will be getting yet another bull sh't email saying something similar I imagine. Who knows I might not even get an update at all. Even the site admin and moderators stopped responding in the full tilt forum about withdrawals.

  2. Well i guess they've run off with your money for good.

By the way, if you read any of the threads on the first page before you make a new one, you would see both FTP and stars eChecks are hitting accounts as we speak and will continue to do so, indefinitely.
  3. I read below, but I guess my question was more to the pokerstar players asking them exactly what process they went through. As I explained mine with full tilt. Then coming up with a conclusion is this incident big enough to switch over to pokerstars?

  4. His thread at least is talking about him changing sites to play and seems to be asking for feedback about stars as opposed to your duplicate posts. You make a duplicate post and now are gonna troll everyone elses, that makes sense. Don't forget bradsdeals.
  5. I give pokerstars 90% of my play. First their game selection is second to none you can multitable any game at any level at virtually anytime...except nosebleed limits. Second their customer service is second to none....time and time again they prove theyll take care as you as a player in a fair and timely fashion. The complaints about pokerstars are few and far between...other sites have numerous complaint threads on a daily basis. Thirdly they seem to take action on cheating wether it be bots, collusion or multiaccounting. Do these things exist on Stars...Im sure they do but at least I feel they are taking whatever steps they can to control the problem.

As poker players we should reward this kind of service with the bulk of our play IMO
  6. stars is the flopped NUTS
  7. stars has first-class customer service and they offer every thing under the sun at all buy-in levels.

My problem with Stars is I run like crap there. Always have. And I hated their pay-out structure which seemed to have a goal of paying as many players as little money as possible.

It's bad to have pay-out issues where you play, but I have to play where I am making money and so I have to grin and bear it when it's time to get paid.
  8. I was never really a big fan of Full Tilt but after the way they handled that echeck problem I deffinately won't be playing there again. When dealing with my money I need to trust a company 100% and in order for that to happen customer service has to go beyond expectations. stars has yet to disapoint me. Full Tilt on the other hand has dissapointed me multiple times now.
