    i'm older (39) and believe he should be allowed to play live. i see his $7800 just like any other $7800 entry into the event (or whatever the $ amount is). he hasn't been exposed as a live cheater has he? if his cheating was limited to online play, i don't see how that has any bearing in a live setting, other than trying to improve the online game {but it doesn't do anything for the live tourny, other than decrease the prize pool}.

    that said, casinos/tournaments have at their discretion the ability to deny entry to anyone for pretty much anything they want, so his online cheating is certainly grounds to deny him entry into events so long as they believe he is cheating elsewhere.

    his online exploits should be determined and money taken / accounts shut down as appropriate. if he comes clean to stars/other sites on the accounts used / tournys / $s won and accepts their TOS i also believe they should allow him to have another chance on their sites {and ZJ should be allowed to play as well}

    I think the ZeeJustin case if diffrent. He stopped multiaccounting and has done a lot to rebuild his reputation. JJ on the other hand has not obv.

    To all the morons on this forum comparing what JJ did to stuff like robbing a bank or some other dumb thing like that, you guys are so far off base it's not even funny. Sure ban JJ as what he did was pretty stupid and he deserves to pay the consequences. however stars should just ban half of you guys for being plain stupid. Attempt to come up with better analogies please.

    Stars is being completely irrational now unless they're taking steps to ban any and all multi accounters from PCA. I feel that isn't the case however, and fully assume ZJ or other multi accounters to play. If that is the case, Stars has accomplished nothing. Very rarely does punishing one for something multiple people have done ever works. The only thing this will do is make matters worse and not just now, in the long term as well. Now that JJ is the poster boy what is to stop a new wave of cheaters that might think o hey they only singled one person out, maybe worse case for us we get a slight slap on the wrist.

    People are always so caught up in the present they never see future ramifications. And before anyone accuses me of supporting cheating, since about half you fail at 5th grade reading comprehension, JJ=bad.

    if A is wrong and 1 2 and 3 did A...then they should be dealt with in the same manner IMO. Who can determine what "continued" means when its already been done.

    This is absolutely ridiculous. If this all holds true which it looks like it will, stars did a big no no here. Im pretty sure this statement could even be against the privacy laws in stars TOS. The fact they made the decision is one thing, announcing it to all the lil bitches who emailed in trying to get him banned from the event is over the line imo. There is a difference between being a great customer service site and going too far. I think they went too far here. They obv didnt think too hard. I most def think he is going to spite multi account now.

    You people really dont think of the ramifications beyond just fucking with someone and trying to make humerous levels. Wp all of you who emailed in. The biggest cheater in online poker history was about to give up multi accounting and now im nearly sure he is going to go into "ill show you" mode.

    You and everyone else who has predicted that JJ now will "spite multi account" as a result of this decision simply are confirming the fact that the kid hasn't learned anything. If he did in fact have an "epiphany" that what he had been doing is wrong (ie, blatant self-admitted cheating for many years on a large-scale) there clearly would be no risk that he would "spite multi account".

    You need to realize JJ holds all the chips in this situation. Its impossible for him to get caught at the moment. So therefore he, not stars, has all of the bargaining chips. I honestly think if he emailed stars and said ok i'll help you stoph this shit from happening and here is how I did it, while promising never to multi account againl, that they would unban and reallow him to play on their site. The info he holds and the security he could potentially help with far outweighs his crimes.

    the people defending stars need to understand that when you have all of the bargaining chips that things like this are NOT good at all. Stars went too far here.
