    There are many heads up tables with two people sitting at multiple heads up tables autofolding around milestone time.

    These players are not playing any hands and are receiving at least a 12x greater chance of winning than regular players.

    i think hes saying there folding real fast to try to be the lucky ones delt in the special hand. like when the lobby says 8,000 hands til the next milestone. they just fold real quick

    Why get so upset, online poker is illegal in many countries. Stars wants to give away Free money, and some players gets upset because they don't have a fair chance. puh-lease.

    the sickest part about this "scam" is that they are now limiting the number of HU tables taht are available at the lower stakes, so I cant play the game I want. FUCK that!

    have been disabled for the duration of the 25 billionth hand promotion
    in order to prevent such tables from being used to gain an unfair
    advantage in being dealt a milestone hand.

    The tables will return Monday after hand 25 billion has been dealt.

    If it doesnt break the rules, not a scam i guess.

    I really think stars could have made this promotion a lot better by spreading the wealth around a bit more. Seems mostly the people who are getting rewarded are the people grinding .01-.02 cents NL ad the occasionaly higher stakes table.

    Not bitching as it is free money they are giving and I would be happy as shit to win a dime of it. It is just basically making people log on to 50 tables to try to play bingo, push all in and hope you win.

    Personally, I think it would have been better if everytime the millionth hand passed they randomly selected a SNG, MTT, Omaha, Stud, NL etc table and gave prizes to the winner of the hand at that table. That way the cash is spread around other places then .01 cent NL.

    I've always wondered this myself during these promotions. Doesn't sound like it's that random a hand generator. Appears as if it can be manipulated obviously.

    suspending HU cash games for the promotion? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? why not just remove them as eligible games???? I only have time to play a full day on the weekends, and this is the only thing I play. I will probably withdrawal all of my funds from pokerstars very soon because of this!

    I just cant believe they are removing an entire type of game from play just because of a stupid promotion that might give a few hundred bucks to low limit players trying to exploit it. now they will just move to penny stakes 6-max, and its almost the exact same thing. either change the rules, think it out better, or just go with it. to just suspend play on all HU games is sooo ridiculous.

    seems like an easy thing to do programatically. They've had these promotions before so i'm sure they have a special way of assigning hand numbers and check the game type before assigning one of the hand numbers that pay out to game types that aren't eligible.

    they programmed the rng to make more coinflippish hands and dramatic boards so yeah, can do whatever they want

    Getting rid of heads up cash game tables is a very stupid move. You would think execs at a multi-million dollar company would be a bit smarter than that. Not only can I not play the games that I want to play, they are costing themselves tens of thousands (if not more) in rake to save a few thousand in some stupid promotion that might or might not land on one of the scammers tables anyway. Nice move stars.
