Pokerstars not working at friends house

    Was hoping someone knows how to fix this. Using my laptop i can access pokerstars from my home, hotels, coffe shops etc. However when at my buddies apt. pokerstars will not work. The program opens but loading bar fills and then emptys over and over without pulling up the tables cashier etc. Does anyone know what causes this? ive narrowed it down to his internet connection because pstars will not load on his comp either when on his internet.

    Internet connection is Time Warner roadrunner broadband. Any help?

    First thing to check is the firewall. If running Vista, are you logged in as administrator?
