I've been using Pokertracker 3 for a couple of months now and have been perfectly happy with the HUD. I've decided to delve deeper into PT3 and do reports to chart my progress and such and it seems on cash games it's pretty accurate but the tournament recording is not so great. it shows I was in the money 0 times in sng's and tourneys in the course of over 100 games and doesn't record any wins (insert joke here... I really have made at least 1 cash I'd think) so I can't effectively track my ROI and it seems like it's not as accurate there. I know I can go to Sharkscope to get alot of this same info but I should be able to do it on PT so my question is, does anyone know a way to fix this or is the PT in action. secondly, does Hold'em manager have these type of problems with accurate tournament reporting for the user? Is there any way that Hold'em Manager is significantly better than PT3. I also had Poker Office a while back but that has went by the way side. Any info on the benefits of Manager or if there's some way to fix my little glitch with the personal tournament/sng hand history recording would help. Also will Hold'em manager count steps tournaments in some way since PT3 seems ill equipped to do such in a helpful way. that's an interesting one I've been wondering about too. Please let me know. Thank you.

Sounds like a FAQ to me:

I prefer & use HEM but havent used PT3 in ages so not sure how the two compare at the moment. With regards to importing results I believe HEM has a similar system to PT3 but I only play cash so have no experience of it. Hem has a free trial so download it and you can see for yourself if it does the extra things you want it to.
