PokerXFactor: Blogs Plus Audio in the PXF Replayer

    Hey,

    We have two big updates at PokerXFactor: Pro Blogging and a new "Audio in Replayer" tool (beta).

    PXF now features blogging by our pros (blogs are viewable by anyone ... previously they were just in the PXF Training Center). Of course, there are a gazillion blogs out there now so we're going to "mostly" focus our blogs on educational topics (there will be some day in the life stuff as well). For example, Chris "Fox" Wallace has just re-launched his Bankroll Builder Project that was very popular at pokerfox. If you are looking for ways to build your bankroll, I think you'll find this project very helpful. Here is a direct link (he also has a personal blog).

    The "educational blogs" idea ties directly into the "Audio in Replayer" tool I mention above. Right now, our pros can post a hand in the PXF Replayer, and with a few button clicks, they can add audio comments directly into the hand exactly where they want it. Videos take days to edit sometimes, audio comments in the PXF Replayer are instant.

    So if the pro plays an interesting hand that day, they can quickly post it with audio comments. Or if they see an interesting hand by a PXF subscriber, they can blog it and add their own audio comments, which our subscribers seem to like. Rizen just did this:

    Our plan is to roll the "audio in PXF Replayer" tool out to all of PXF subscribers, who will be able to post hands in our forum and have any subscriber or pro add their audio comments directly into it. We hope to build educational "conversations" within the PXF Replayer. Then, when certain replayer conversations turn into outstanding educational content, we'll move that to the Training Center so it doesn't become lost as can happen sometimes in a forum. This fits into our long term objective to strongly support community based learning at PXF. Thanks,
