  1. Wachovia, I completely agree with the overused nh statement. Sometimes I think it is actually someone's nh that puts me on tilt when I take a bad beat. However, I wanted to provide a little insight that might help you out with some of the "bad beats" you've been taking. There is a fundamental flaw in the way you are playing your hand that top pros would NEVER make. Don't EVER push your chips when the only call that can be made is one that has you beat. Granted, the people playing those hands had no business being in the hand, but your play in my eyes was equally as bad. You made certain assumptions about your hand and risked your whole tournament on an assumption that your overpair was the best hand AFTER the river. You put yourself in a position where you no longer had any control of your tournament only "hoping" you held a winner. Please unerstand, I mean no disrespect, but when you can truly understand what I write, you will find yourself on a greater path of success.
  2. Drink, I always appreciate someones opinion when it's stated intelligently. I can understand, to a certain extent, where you're coming from. However, you want to put your chips in play when you believe you have the best hand. In none of the hands that I talked about did I think I was behind at any point...including after the river. The "assumptions" that I made were based on these players preformance at the tables. Thanks for the input.
