  1. If you've requested a stars E-check withdrawal from the 5th until now, and you have received it in your account, please post here. I withdrew on the 9th thinking there would be no way in hell it wouldn't be here for Christmas, and low and behold lightning struck and it appears as if they money isn't going to make it. IMO once someone reports money hitting their account, it will happen all at once and everyone who requested money from the 5th-12th will receive their payment at the same time.
  2. requested a PAPER check on the 12th and it arrived this morning
  3. No offense to you, but I keep seeing these posts, and keep wondering why people even tried it before it got well established again. It was tempting but after the last debacle, I have proceeded with caution, and used paper checks. my two cents.
  4. if this goes on much longer tho stars will hook us up with some form of compensation
  5. the first one i did on 12-2 got there not the 12-12 one

Because some of us have had zero luck with paperchecks, so obv echecks is worth a shot. I requested a paper check on nov. 1st, waited 30+days for it to arrive and it never did so i cancelled it. Requested an echeck on dec. 5th and it still hasnt hit my bank account. Plus been waiting 3 days for PS to reply to my emails with something other than "we're looking into the matter" as;ldfja;sldfkjad;lkfjaeiorpu
  7. Requested a paper check 14th and received it today. PS's paper checks ftmfw!!

    Amen.
I requested the 5th, still nothing. Emailed them twice, still waiting on the "proper dept" to take care of it and get back to me. I used it because when they started pushing it heavily, I took that as it was "established". Proved me wrong, didn't they?
  9. First time I used it, it took 3 days flat.

  10. its amazing it takes 2 or 3 days to have the money withdrawn from your acct but its taken 10 to 20 days to get the money in.its been 8 days for me so far.it must be the banks fuking with out of the country deposits, since that prick bush outlawed it
  11. Requested on the 9th, still nothing. Today marks the 11th business day.

Their only response is to give it a few more days.

What's worse is I'm sure there will be no concessions from pokerstars for over-promising and under-delivering.
  12. According to someone at pokerstars, they plan to take action to correct the matter if funds are not deposited by 2pm Eastern tomorrow (Wednesday, Dec 24).

Of course, what that action is has yet to be made public.
  13. Whenever it is made public, be sure to let us know so that we all can uniformly be compensated the same way.

  14. This is what I received a bit ago:

    Thank you for your email.

As you may be aware, we are currently experiencing processing delays on a
recent batch of eCheck cashouts. This is the reason why the funds have not
yet been credited to your bank account. Please know that our Management
Team is expecting the funds to start to appear in bank accounts by
Wednesday, December 24th, at 2:00 pm EST.

If that is not the case, we will take immediate steps to resolve the
situation in a more direct manner, ensuring fair treatment to all our
affected players. We will make sure any new details are provided to
    players as the developments continue.

Thank you for understanding and patience.

  18. same thing here. I requested a cashout on the 7th, and haven't recieved it either.

When I cashed some money out last month, i did recieve it very quickly, but not this time.

Back in the day, it was within 2-3 days.
  19. requested a paper check the afternoon of the 18th and just got it through the snow this afternoon (three business days). that email from stars is a plus though as i requested an echeck about 7 or 8 business days ago and it is still to hit. hopefully we all get a nice little xmas eve present.
  20. As of 6:49am CST on Christmas Eve, the money still had not hit the account. Just letting you guys know. Their "deadline" expires in a little over 6 hours.

  21. Most likely at their deadline, the money will not be in our accounts but will be a pending transaction at your bank that will be posted at the end of the day. Either way, this brings back neteller nightmares, paper checks from here on out.
