  1. I believe pokerstars is really responsive to comments about their site, so we might as well post complaints about the SCOOP, so they can improve in the future. Here are my two:

    1. The time banks are too big in some events. I fully believe in the bigger M and H events a large time bank is perfectly fine, but for the S?? That just creates stalling problems. I've seen it happen in almost every event.

    2. The HORSE structure was a complete and utter mess. I understand the increase in the time of the levels, but in a 1k event, the structure was just a complete joke in my opinion. It should have started at 10/20 or we should have been given 10k in chips. I don't mind massive fields being fast structured, but I seriously have never played a big HORSE event with a good structure in my entire life. By big, I mean $500 or higher.

    3. Obviously the payouts will be posted as a complaint....
  2. omaha events didn't have enough play to them...rebuy once and 5k chips blinds 25/50....whereas there's an 11 1r + 1 addon everynight...after you rebuy it's 6k chips blinds 10/20.....doesn't make much sense especially considering it's the same for the 22 and the 215 plo 1r1add as well.....

    sucked.

  3. run the 2nd chance tourneys like wcoop
     1
  4. All high NLH events should be 2 days...prolly the M NLH too

High buy-ins were way to high... I understand and like the concept they went with, but there was no need to do 10x and 10x the buyins. nothing wrong with the H buyin being 5x the M buyin. so like for the 6m the buyins should/could be 50+5, 500+30, 2500+150 or whatever. Also for the main I think L of 100 or 200 is fine, mid shoulda been 2k and H 10k.

The HU today only started 100 bbs deep? Structure would have been perfect if the blinds started at 15-30.

Not enough 200-500 f/o satties to the high buyin tournies.

    12
  5. L and M HU were full tonight
  6. Having to play short handed (especially in 6 max games) for almost an hour until registration closes.

Fix the software so tables are created as late players join- just like they do in live events. Leaving 2 seats open at some table makes the early levels a joke.

    Payout structure

    Payout structure

    Payout structure

    Did I mention payout structure?

  7. the HORSE structure was awful.

  8. more freezeout sats to the higher buyins events (such as $109 sats to the $3k guaranteeing 2 or 3 seats or something)

  9. like below said, the buyins in H were too high. the plo was a complete joke, 2k buyin and u start with 50bbs, and 2k more will get u 50 more bbs. and the greatest part was that all tables started 4 or 5 handed. The tables didnt balance until 1st break, only after more than a third of the field was eliminated in a fucking 2k 1r1a supposedly premeire tourney. my table started 4 handed, and one person busted real quick so it was 3 handed with brian townsend playing shallow stack with no play at all.

so, every table was playing a 4 or 5 handed shallow stack shootout for alot of money, and tables were fucking heads up and alot were 3 handed. keeping registration open that long was retarded.

and a hu tourney starting with 100bbs sux

structures are either way shitty or too good

    This! And obv. payouts!
  11. A lot of folks are complaining about the problems with late entry. With such a huge event, everyone should know in advance whether they'll be playing or not. Is there any reason to have late registration at all? (Just for these major events.)
  12. late registration is way too long. They were like 1 hour. Late reg should be 10 minutes or 1 blind level at the latest

o and obv payout structure was terrible
  13. The 320 2day scoop event....i have never needed a tournament more in my life, played for around 16hours, was 2/11 winning every pot was just like top 5 ATLEAST 100% of the time, bubbling was not even in my mind. Then this....3 hands in a row.

    GFY POKERSTARS.

  14. so your scoop complaint is that poker played out pretty much like it was supposed to? ul w/ the AK, flip the other two...run better?

    *confused*

edit: just saw your scores, even more confused how that is your scoop complaint. i mean okay sorry that blows but like lol super standard....
  15. no obs chat at final table
  16. i know its been said before and will be said many times more...but the payout structure is just 100% absolutely unacceptably horrendous. I played the $109 horse yesterday for over 5 hours and cashed, for an 11 dollar profit, i mean come on. Not to mention that if you min cashed in the $33, after outlasting 15,000 people, you actually LOST money...just dispicable.

I wanted to shoot myself on the bubble of the 2x chance turbo. Literally 3 people in a row fully timebanking out to try to min cash.

And cosign on 100 bb deep in HU wtf?
  18. prob been answered many times, but why did pils change his stars name from purplepils99 to purple"k"99??
  19. Naked female hosts at final tables with webcam....
  20. obv payouts have been pretty silly. wtf is so hard about paying 10 percent of the field in the med. and high events? We all understand wanting to pay more places to keep the donks paying rake but this shit is out of control.

  21. structure and awful sattelites
  22. Time banks: maybe make it so you actually have to push the button to use a 500 second time bank? Also, you could have time added to time banks as tournament progresses, like tacking on 20 seconds at each break, or whatever.

  23. terrible satties both in options and structures - nice overemphasis on hypers as usual and not enough options from the steps or only one set of "step" rounds
  24. Yeah,
high buys in too high... fair enough havin a $10,300 buy in for main event,, cos thats jus std, and even horse, but for others, the high buy ins shud be like $1k-$2k for f/o and less for rebuys.

I hated the payout structures for most tourneys, not all..... why pay so many in say the 6max rebuy (l) then only pay 1% of players in the shootout (l)

Hopefully stars will ask for feedback, cos there need to be improvements made for sure, luckily when i was playin sh rebuy my table was full, but for others they were playing hu or 3 handed if ppl were sittin out.

For the most tho, its been good, :D
  25. Change the days, or change the timing of the 2 day events. 12 hours of play is good and all, but for the player with a regular job it is frustrating to have to say "boss can I take the day off work tomorrow because I MIGHT make day 2 of an online tournament".

Although I like the 4:30 pm start the next day, staying up til 4:30 am then going into work before playing the final day is very -ev, and it's quite possible to bust at some point on day 1, thus wasting a sick day that you might not need to.

Would be much better to just make it Saturday/Sunday so that those with non poker jobs can play without worrying about "do I possibly waste a vacation day for nothing"

  26. please payout top 10% of field on all mtt's.

i understand your trying to keep money in circulation longer to make more money etc., but cmon this is and will always be retarded
     1
  27. I haven't cashed in any of them
  28. 1. Before running another series of tournaments, fix whatever is causing problems every time you run a tournament with more then 10k people in it. The 5r scoop event was a complete joke. Half of the people sitting out, then others not able to rebuy in time.

    2. Payout structures are complete joke. Payout 10%-12% at every level not just the higher buyins.

    3. Players per table. For the first 30 minutes of every 6 handed event my table was 3-5 at all times.

    4. When people send your support department complaints about lag while there are large tounaments being played out, stop telling everyone there is no problem on your end.

  30. probably echoing a lot of the same stuff, but just to organize it:

1.) Better payouts. never pay more than 15% (even that is too high) Really annoying making the money and still being in the negative.

2.) Hi buy-ins way too high on average. Add more tournaments in the $2-500 buyin range along with the higher buying tournaments.

3.) Satelites, for the most part, were a joke. stop with all the hyper turbos (some are obv. fine), mix in some reg time fo, rebuys, w/ turbos and hyper turbos. stop w/ all the small buy in satelites to large events.. i.e. 1:50+ get seats. run more steps satelites to the higher buy-in tournaments to allow more satelite players a chance.

    4.) 2nd chance tournaments

5.) time banks are way too high in the turbo tournaments. someone can stall an entire level on the bubble.
