Just railbirding the 5k scoop, I noticed that despite an amazing structure everything is played preflop. A player will raise, he'll get reraised and everyone folds. Seriously only one out of 12-13 hands will see a flop, I don't know if it's just an insanely aggressive table I'm watching or if this is standard but I guess my question is: Is postflop play out of trend?

part of it has to do with no one wanting to play big pots against super solid players out of position

Some of the tables definitely have a lot more postflop play than that.
