Villain has been limping a ton, over 104 hands 23/0/1. My read is that if he had any high pair I was getting re-raised. I'll post results later, but just interested to see how others play the flop. To me I think this is a good flop, and I want any flush draws to have to pay.

Against a calling station, I'm betting about the size of the pot, and am more than happy to call any shove. AJ & KJ are a solid part of his check-raising range, because he's putting you on AK.

Graps, thanks for the response. Here is how the hand played out? Any issues with the way I played it?

Against someone who is that big of a calling station, an open-shove IS a value bet. I probably wouldn't shove with QQ there, because I try to keep bet sizing somewhat consistent. But I wouldn't tell you this was wrong, obviously, because it worked out great for you.

If-you-think-shoving-will-get-him-to-call-then-go-for-it./Looks-like-it-worked-out-fine-this-time./Like-above-said-usually-I-would-make-a-pot-bet.

I'd 3/4 - pot size bet it.He'll check raise me and I'll snap call.
Same results, better table image IMO.
I like the cbet of 3/4 or pot size because you're setting the rest of the players up at the table. The next time you cbet with air, they'll remember this QQ. UNLESS you plan on pushing over the top again and expect everyone to perceive it as over pair. to the board.
I like to keep things consistent. People can't come up with reads on my betting patterns this way. And like I said....different bet sizing, still the wrong odds to chase a draw, same result. -
I think you did fine with it...b/c if you bet 2/3 to 3/4 pot which is about 1700 or if you bet the pot which is 2200 if I am not mistaken. You are already committing yourself to the pot b/c you had 4500(roughly) remaining and your opponent may see that...Shoving on flop seems the best bet to me
