Prediction for WSOP -- Harrah's Customer Serivce

    How do you guys think Harrah's will fare on addressing the problems of last years WSOP (bathrooms and hallways, long lines early for registration, food, etc)?

    My prediction is that it will be chaos again and still a pain in the players' ass. We will see.

    I'll be in around 3 pm on Monday. If you see somebody with UNC stuff on, it's probably me, so say wassup. GL to all P5ers.

    Harrahs is supposed to be bringing in a large number of "high-end" port-a-potties (I'm hoping this means the port-a-potties will be nicer than usual and not that they're on stilts or something. ;] ). They are also supposed to be dividing the room into quarters for breaks so that only 25% of players will be trying to get in the bathrooms at any one point. The combination should solve the bathroom problem reasonably well.

    As for the rest, I am less hopeful, there's a rumor Harrahs has promised they won't try to guoge the players on food this year as they did last and that they're going to ban smoking in the hallways, but I'll believe it when I see it.
