Private Tournaments

    I've been talking to some friends from home about getting a weekly private poker tournament started on stars. Does anyone have any expereince running these? I'm fairly new to this, and would really appreciate any advice. Thanks.

    I know you have to first get 2000 fpps I think. Or ask someone that does have that many to set it up

    you need to email them and ask them to set it up on your account,
    they will unlock it on your "requests" drop down menu for 2000 fpps

    it takes about 30 seconds to set up, you can play any type of poker but you cant change the starting stack or the 15 minute blinds.

    I appreciate all of this, thank you. I emailed pokerstars and they gave me access to private tournaments now. I guess now I need to set up a point system, and maybe some other things like a nightly high hand or something extra to add. Any suggestions?
