I have been dealing with pokerstars support for two days now with very little help. I was hoping maybe someone has experienced this problem and can help me. I cannot log into my account. It gives me an internal error code everytime I try to log in. I have been playing online poker for 6 years or so, and have never experienced a problem like this. The error code tells you to contact support@pokerstars.com, which has been quite useless. All they do is send an email back saying someone will look into it and get back to me. Can anyone help me?

You have probably been linked to a shady account. If anyone has a bad deposit that has transferred to you in the past year they will make you verify your account. I had this happen and it took over a week to get straightened out. They will treat you like you are the deadbeat and have no sympathy for you. Horrible way to treat a good customer.

Do not know how that would have happened, but thanks for the input. I hope it does not take weeks, as I am registered in tournaments for the next couple of days. This is crazy.
