Is there a legal way to find out if a player in a cash game I'm playing against is a regular and/or profitable?
I thought i remember hearing a while back that some of the tracking software out there isn't allowed.
Essentially i'm looking for an OPR for cash games that's legal. -

I'm surprised that type of thing is legal where you can look at hands that someone played without you being involved.
