  1. Omaha h/l, HEADS UP, small to average pot size

Say I've missed my draws and by the river I have no pair. Is it profitable in the long run to be calling a pot sized bet w/ the nut low? If you are in position, would it be profitable to lead out w/ nut low to trying to get a fold?
  2. are you thinking of folding the nut low heads up???

leading out or raising can be done heads up with either the nut hi or lo depending on the situations, of course. if youre a big calling station but spring into action once the low hits, youre not gonna be fooling people, but maybe you can set them up for later.

but after the river with the nut low, say the pot is 200. he bets pot and you call. worst that can happen is you get quartered and get 150 back. and heads up it's not too likely that both players will have the nut low. call or raise, depending.
  3. Normally win 1/2 the pot or give up the whole pot? Seems pretty simple. HU its very rare for you to get quartered and wont happen enough to ever fold the nut lo on the river
  4. U usually try to push pretty hard with the nut low in HU h/l for a few reasons one if he has no low and maybe 2 pair he might give it up and the number one reason you might scare him off any hand he has
  5. if its HU and you have the nutt low why would you fold. hard to imagine any situation where you would in HU.
  6. If you're talking a heads-up PLO8 SNG, I'm definitely leading, raising, reraising here. Aggressive, aggressive, aggressive. If you just call with the nut low here you're giving too much away, not on this hand but on subsequent hands, and inviting your opponent to play at you more since he can reasonably assume that he won't face tough decisions because if he does get played back at he can way more easilly put you on a strong/nut high at the very least, most likely with a strong/nut low. The worst that happens to you being aggressive with nut low only is that you lose half your stack and have to fight back, but you will never be knocked out.

In a deep stack heads-up cash game, that's a different question to which I will simply answer, it depends.
