  19. Amazing how many responses this thread gets from big-name players.

We clearly need a HS forum.
  20. god this site is full of downeys

this is a great idea. i would seriously pay money for a program that calculated this and put it on every table i was playing in the same place.

i could do the calculation faster than most of you could, but it would save me 0.3 of a second per hand to have it already on the screen. given that I see hundreds of hands per hour, this would save me a lot of time and make me more effective at multitabling.

Instead of playing 16-18 tables I could play 20+ easily if I had this program. Even better, when i'm 8 tabling i could pay more attention to the tv.

Actually, putting the M of every stack on the table, not just yours, would be the best.

faster decisions = more profit. great idea OP.

nice job everyone trying to be funny without actually thinking it through. well done.

  21. MC, if this was really what he was asking for...then I think there'd be a lot more open-mindedness. Because you're right; it'd be an invaluable tool for massive multitabling.

This isn't what he's asking for.

  22. i think it's a great idea for lazy/retarded people as well. the more of them playing and the more tables they can play the better imo.

point taken though. I am 7 tabling at the moment so maybe missed the point a bit.

regardless, think it's an idication of how things are round here these days that people just start ripping on someone without spend 2 seconds to think something through. some people are just lazy and/or bad at maths, if he wants to pay money rather than work out an M what's the big deal?

i'll be buying this program if someone makes one.

  29. I agree with the first 20 responses from people who are not 'high stakes experts.' This is a calculation that is incredibly simple and a good exercise, -especially- if you are not good at math. Having such an automated tool, while convenient, may actually retard the learning process or assist in the development of bad habits.

Practice this calculation on every hand, for every player, until you can do it in your sleep.
