  1. Hi guys, I'm not much of a P5 regular, but many of you know me, either from the tables, or just word of mouth. I want to bring this situation public and would appreciate any support. Thanks

    <span>http://forum.parttimepoker.com/appea...23674-t4t.html

    Cliff Notes:

-I invest in some 18/45/180 grinders from turbogrinders.com on parttime poker.

-I invest in draqq for either $200-$300 I have no way to check at this time since I'm unable to see my investments

-I have invested over $7000 on that site

-They place my account under investigation because my roommate was banned for telling some dude off, and the mods are nazis.

    -They accuse me of multiaccounting

-I PM a mod and he tells me dont worry, my roommates actions wont affect me in anyway, he apologizes

-Then they place my account under investigation because I don't have my FTP name listed, which is apparently against the T&C.

-This was never a problem for the first $7,000 I invested

-I PM one of the head people over there explaining the situation and how I didn't know I even had to put my FTP account in my profile, and that my FTP name was inactive for awhile at the time so I didn't see how it was a relevant matter. I offer to even let a PTP mod log into my FTP account

-She ignores me. Her name is Turn4Tori

-I assume it's a non-issue, I leave for Europe. Never bother logging into PTP again.

-I'm playing one night mid-november. Draqq finds me on the tables and tells me that PTP is trying to take my $200-$300 that I invested in him.

-I'm a busy person, he's a busy person. We never bump into each other on AIM and talk.

-Yesterday he puts up a BAP for PCA and I ask him to rollover (basically reinvest) whatever money I had in him from before.

-He links me to this thread made on November 23rd.

    http://forum.parttimepoker.com/appea...23674-t4t.html

-No one informed me of this thread. Absolutely no one. I logged on to PTP tonight and didn't even have a PM regarding the matter

-You can read the thread for yourself where they call me a multiaccounter.

-I am not going to stop until I get back the money that is rightfully mine, and I get an apology for them slandering my name behind my back, without my knowledge

Everyone here knows me, I've met a good majority of 2p2, most of you in real life. I've bet with you, drank with you, stayed with you. Gotten loans, played cards, and even shared a ****ing bed with a few of you. When it comes down to it at the end of the day, I'd like to think I'm a pretty ****ing good person, and I haven't ****ed anyone over. So it's absurd to me, that all of this can happen on a site that holds hundreds of thousands of dollars of investors' money. This is literally no different than straight up theft, and I want to spread the word. This will be cross-posted several places to get the word out. And I'm anxiously awaiting my apology and full refund of my money. If you are on PTP and you're reading this, you can send my money back to TheLipoFund (Tallahassee).

Also, don't expect an apology from me for the harsh things I said in that thread. You called me a multiaccounter. In this business, a man is only as good as his reputation, and if you're going to try to tarnish mine without giving me a chance to defend myself, I'm going to strike back.</span>
  2. FCKKKKKKKKKKKKK that site, i made an account about 3 weeks ago, posted, swapped money with ppl on the transfer forum (100% success rate and was really happy with the ppl i swapped with) then log in one day and im banned for "multi accounting" are you fckn joking me i just made and account 3 weeks ago and now i cant even log in, sent an email and they never responded! oh well fckkkkkkkkkkk them
  3. lol @ that site. unrelated note how come u always suck out on my on 180man bubbles? also i was banned from there for apparently "stealing" $20 for a $4.40 stake which i rejected and never received in my account. gl with ur situation.
  4. Fuck PTP they are all abuncha bloody wankers and canadians.

  5. That sucks I hope you get satisfaction.

How much did they steal from you??

Are they doing it by telling someone who owes you money that they owe it to someone else??

It seems like they should have very specific proof to do such a thing.

  7. Tori looks kinda hot in that Santa hat, imo.

Out of curiosity, how much money are we talking about? The responses from gogzy and Joeker seem pretty unprofessional. Why did you refuse to share your FTP name in the first place?

  8. here is the true story

  9. Fwiw, you are hurting your image far worse with a post like this, which will, in fact, accomplish nothing other than making you look bad. You joined PTP...you follow their rules...it's not that hard to comprehend honestly.
  10. <span>What OP and his supporters seem to be missing is that it is absolutely standard for horses to send funds to PTP to hold when there is any Investigation or Ban gear on an account. This happens dozens of times every day. The funds are held only until whatever issue there is with the investor account is resolved.</span>
<span>For example, recently a well-respected member actually self-reported himself for Investigation gear while he sorts out some minor transfer issues on pokerstars that many players have been experiencing lately. He is also an active investor, so, AS PER SITE RULES, everyone he has invested in automatically sends his investments to PTP while he has this gear. As soon as his Stars transfer issues are resolved, his Investigation gear will be removed and all of his investments will be returned to him. NOTE: He never did anything wrong nor is he associated with banned members/rollers in any way... THIS IS JUST STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR ANYONE WITH GEAR.</span>
<span>But while some who have gear have self-reported and are still legit, well-respected members who have just have some minor issues, the vast majority are MAers, rollers, scammers, associates of rollers/scammers/MAers, immature/unprofessional whining little babies, or some combination of the above. OP meets a number of these qualifications.</span>

    <span>So, lets recap:</span>
<span>* OP was asked a few simple questions about his FTP name and relationship with rollers (the sum doesn't matter... the people STOLE money and OP has matching IP addresses).</span>
<span>* OP doesn't log in for months to deal with the issues.</span>
<span>* OP posts unprofessional, offensive statements in an appeals thread on PTP in the middle of the night* Now in a great hurry, OP barely waits a few minutes for a response to his offensive and unprofessional remarks and FORUM TILTS across almost every poker site slandering PTP</span>
<span>*OP continues unprofessional and offensive behavior by making very sexist remarks about Turn4Tori, calling her a bitch and and saying she must be on her period.</span>
<span>* OP spends more time on every other poker site complaining about PTP than he does trying to sort the matter out civilly on PTP.</span>

<span>PTP is a very legitimate site that goes to great lengths to protect investor money and run a professional staking community. It is only through the community and holding investments that PTP has any leverage to protect investors... hence, the site demands anyone associated with known rollers/MAers/theives/scammers to explain their relationship with questionable player, holding any funds of the rollers and their associates until matters can be explained.</span>

<span>As someone who has invested close to $50k in PTP horses the last 6 months, I am grateful for the site's strict rules and procedures. I have already been rolled for close to $1k in the last few weeks, so yes, I support everything the site does to help recover stolen funds, because poker communities are rife with scumbags, cheaters, and thieves. Oh, and unprofessional, immature little babies like OP.</span>

<span>I am very very glad that PTP has no tolerance for any of these types.</span>

  11. This does not surprise me one bit. I got banned bc I discovered a 14K rolling from one of the moderators on there about 3 years ago. Yeah, one of the mods. (DoubleGutted)<input id="gwProxy" type="hidden"><input onclick="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" type="hidden">

A MOD on a forum rolling with cash?

Thank god that would never happen here.
  14. Yea......Lipo u are quite the whiny bitch.

All u had to do was give them your FTP name like everyone else is required to do.......
  15. ptp is a fucking joke unless you do things their way 1000000000000% no questions asked. fuck them.

hope you get your money back and hope they stop being a bunch of douchebags over there

  16. Thread might be the dumbest ever. If it was such a big deal to them, just give them the FTP name. Wow i can't believe you actually went through the trouble of making this post as if it will change anything, when all you had to do was type a fucking screen name to them to get your money.

Speaking of immature... Always love it when you add your considerable weight.
  18. i didnt real all the links OP posted, but it def looks as if ptp is fucked up.

the link the other guy posted to real story said nothing.

the other post in this thread about his room mate (or someone with same IP ) stealing money... what was that amount, is it more or less than they took from you? obv if that is true then you have to understand.

  19. That place is GOD AWFUL
  20. Lots of more people will get rolled there because of the new p2p transfer limits on stars.. I am sure this will be used an excuse for shipping..

Private Stakes with people you trust > Staking randoms on PTP..
  21. lol just lol.

Next time where ever you go read the rules first. And please make sure you make copy of your post cuz I am pretty sure you will def need it again in future.

I highly doubt how people can vouch for you out there as you are behaved so so pathetically while dealing a really simple situation.

And its not a mods job to inform you that they are holding your money. Lol do you really think that mods should be contacting all random idiots about their money. If you dont care where your money is, they will keep it till you contact back. Its not there job to contact you,

"Sir we are holding your money, what do do with it?"

Between I didnt saw this post on a lot other poker forums...planning to do it today???

  24. PTP=Clown shoes
  25. Wtf is parttimepoker??? Never heard of this site. From reading this thread it kinda sounds like a poker site that makes backing deals or lets players agree to backing deals. But y would they need his FTP info? Some one plz explain how it all works?
  26. fuck that place

In order to participate on the site, you must input both your stars and full tilt screen names into the system. The reason being is to help prevent against scams/MA'ers. If someone didn't put in their information, an individual could simply tell someone to ship to one of numerous accounts that they had without anyone really knowing about it(unless the said MA'er obv told the same person to send to multiple accounts on multiple occasions obv).

It honestly is not a hard thing to follow the rules of this site. The people complaining(whining) itt are mostly people who were not intelligent enough to realize that if you want to be a member of a site, it's their rules you have to follow; not your own(just like every other member-based site on the Internet/real life organization).

OP can spin things all he wants, but no matter how "known" he is in the community, that has no bearing in this discussion. No member is above the rules, and if you join the site, you should understand that you must follow the rules. The rule is simple to understand, and OP crying like a baby solves nothing. Read the rules the next time you join a staking site(or any organization for that matter) and know what is expected of you + what the repercussions are when you break said rules.

Furthermore, OP had ties to previously banned members. Whether it was him MA'ing or not, it is really no difference to this extent: If you share an IP with a banned/DNS* member, you will share the same punishment until payment is made for the rolled amount. This makes perfect sense, and protects investors. I am not accusing OP of MA'ing as I simply don't know; what is more likely is that OP shared an IP with someone who rolled the site(or in this case, several people). As per site rules, to protect investors, OP wears the same gear until payment is made(in many cases, this gets the OP to contact said rollers that he does know personally and get them to pay back.) Furthermore, there is no way to knoooooow that he's not an MA, so holding his funds until payment is made makes perfect sense as well.

These rules are put into place to protect investors, and everyone loves the rules until they are caught either MA'ing or being connected to someone who previously rolled. When dealing with the type of money PTP deals with, extra precaution is necessary to protect investors.

I've been a member of that site for not very long at all and was able to find a backer fairly easily actually...I actually like it. They are pretty strict about their rules from some other threads I've looked through on that site, but its for good reason- people dont like getting rolled when they've invested $$ into said person.

Personally, I dont look forward to shipping 1/2 of my first 5 figure score to him, but he picked me up in the middle of a major downswing, and without the funds he sent me, I'd prolly be busto, and I'm a man of my word, so 1/2 of my first 5 figure score will be sent to him...

You should just go browse through their site for a couple minutes, not a bad idea imo
