Tough spot. I agree with your 3-bet, definitely 3-bet that hand every time. Without a read, the villain's range is likely QQ+ and AK. Maybe JJ+ and AQ+. Of course, this is a $5 tourney and there are plenty of donks, if he's been donking around, the range is more likely 88+ and AT+.
I also fold here. Assuming the range is QQ+ and AK, you're flipping or behind. After your bet, you've still got 40 bbs left, which is plenty enough to continue. On the other hand, if he been playing foolishly, I call that 100% of the time. -
