Not sure if I played this well or not...not sure if I can fold that...he was new to the table, and repopped one of my raises about 5-8 hands earlier which I folded.
Not sure if I coulda flat called the raise then re-evaluated on flop with the ace being there. Thoughts???

imo it was your opening raise that committed you. You didnt raise very much and were probaly saying please someone reraise me in your head...than u got your wish. I know it wouldnt have made much differencwe but lets say u raise to like 14000 since you have to act in early position ( i dont like to bet smaller than 3x bb in early position because there are so many plaers still to act and if even one decides to call the other players, especially the blinds, are getting very good odds to see a flop. Than i end up in a multiway pot with no idea what cards my opponent has) i think if you raise more your not as likely to get action from other players with weak hands so this bet shows a lot of strength rather than weakness that the 2.5 x raise sometimes sends. Than if your psyco do u still just raise to 36k with pocket kings or uis the raise something like 45k to 60k? When you show extreme strength and get reraised for nearly 1/3 of your stack, U have a better read on the strength of your opponent has and maybe you can get away. I say maybe cuz it's still a very tough fold but when u raise the 2.5x bb and get reraised, it's almsot impossible to not put it all in th middle cuz of the idea that you showed weakness and maybe your opponent is trying to steal this pot. of course hes got kk sigh better luck next tyime
