I have come across a problem that I need to get fixed. I emailed support and my question is how long does it traditionally take to get a response from them?

the average is 4 days if at all. i think they hope you will just go away. sending follow-up emails will not expedite it either. and after all that waiting, you may just receive a generic response.
seriously tho, if it is urgent, I suggest emailing security@fulltilt.com as they are more responsive. Attn: Shujiro, Supervisor and write URGENT in subject line. (if you really want a quick response, email tom at support and put "Mystress sent me" in the subject line).
