I take a break. If I'm really burnt I won't play for a couple days minimum. Invariably have better results after I've taken a little time off.

Play Something else. when this happens to me I don't use my entire Roll to work out a buyin, but work out the buy in I play from a Portion(X amount) of my Roll. Its breaks the grind up & sometimes U find other smaller games this way which can be quiet preofitable which U can play in the future to suplement your MTT BR.
