First hand, pop it up on the flop to define your hand and get a better read on the other guy. Looks like he wiffed with AK or AQ so I think at this point, you need to call. don't get cute and reraise him, but I would flat.
Second hand, I think this is a fold. Not so much for pot odds sake, but do you really want to risk 1/3 of your stack with the blinds at 15/30? I just can't see this being a plus EV call in the long run.
