  1. I just recently started playing up to ten tables at a time, i used to play only 3 or so.... My question is I guess how many sets do u guys try and put in per day? If ur running bad for a day will u fight through it and try and complete ur daily goal, say maybe u wanted to play like seven sets a day or something like that. Im planning on starting to grind a ton of these sit and gos and wanted to have a solid game plan to stick with. Any responses from u guys would be appreciated. GL at the tables-

  2. Meh I just started grinding sngs also. Think I'm going to set weekly goals...some days you're running better/wanna play more, other days you may have schedule conflicts or not rly feel like grinding out 100 sngs...
  3. i dont play in sets. i play until im tired or if i get bored. If im running bad i just keep playing and hope things turn around.
  4. If you're running bad, just quit for the day. It's not going to change that day. I have never had a day where I fluctuate between running bad and good. OK, correction, I've had days where I go from good to bad but never ever bad to good. Perhaps it's because my play gets adversely affected if I start out bad. It just sucks that when you play great, there's still a chance that you won't turn a decent profit, but if you're playing bad, you have zero chance.
  5. if im playing turbos ill play 8 sets of 12 for the day or 4-6 sets of regs for the day. some days you just dont feel like playing. i try to play 30+ hrs a week.

  6. I play sets. I usually start up and keep registering untill im deep or at about 15 final tables in the 18man turbos then play down till i only have 3 or 4 left then start re-registering again till im deep in another 15 or more. It lets me concentrate more late in those and i think for me personally it helps my roi. mucho respect to those that can keep 15 to 30 going at once while 3handed or less in 4 plus games.

If im running bad i usually just keep playing. If you have tilt issues or are constantly checking the cashier i would suggest taking a 15-30 minute break and starting again.
  7. I 24-table continuous (obv brag, although I have considered cutting down a bit becase I've been running bad for two months. ). When I fire up, I set an auto-register program to go for 3:15, and wind down for the last ~45 minutes, which usually gets me 120-125 games.

My volume goal for the summer is to put up 3k games/month, so 100/day. With two other part time jobs and also trying to balance a social life and staying in shape, it isn't the easiest thing.

The only time I ever cut a session short when I'm running bad is when I can tell it's really getting me off my game (mis-clicking everywhere, donking/spewing chips etc.)

PM me if you want any more info about logistics or whatever, glgl.
