1. For the P5s seats added satties for the BPO a few weeks ago, I made a $50 deposit with my credit card to play in them, and with Bodog's software to see if it had improved in the year and a half since I stopped playing there. Well, my credit card company decided to process this transaction as "cash advance" for which they charge a $20 fee. Not very impressed with getting charged $20 on a $50 depo, I email Bodog and ask what the deal was. They say it shouldn't have been processed that way, recommend me not to use that card again, AND refunded the $20, even tho it wasn't 100% their fault. So, although I reallllly wish they'd improve their software, (maybe a ground up rewrite) I got the same great service that I got from Bodog for the years when they had my business.
