Quick monitor and tables question

    I am going to buy a laptop with a 17" monitor and 1900x1080 resolution, does anyone know how many full sized tables I can fit on there with no/little overlap? Thanks!

    Im no computer wiz but I think you are mistaken on the resolution of your monitor. I have a 22" widescreen and it is 1680x1050. I can fit 9 tables with no overlap, 12 tables with very little overlap. Can play 16 tables if you have real good eyes. I bought it on tigerdirect dot com for a sweet deal. Acer 22" LCD 2216w or something like that. It was a meer $199.

    i have the same acer 22 or 24" (nice screen) but i can only fit 4 with out overlap

    ya ur def off on that resolution and you can fit 4.

    Sean are you sure your resolution is set to 1680x1050. Also be sure you are using a DVI cable instead of a VGA. You may need to upgrade your video card. Last be sure you have the NVIDIA control panel installed and use that to adjust your resolution. There is absolutely no way you can only fit 4. Just open 6 tables and then click TILE TABLES. It will tile 9 tables without any overlap in the blink of an eye. Good Luck!
