    I have not played online poker in a while. I have an old Full Tilt account with no money on it. I would like to start a new account... to get an account set up with Rakeback. I have read about all the people using multiple accounts to cheat but this is not my intention. Is there a way for me to close my old account and start a new account to get the rakeback?

    They won't let you open a new account with rakeback if you have an account there already... even if you never played on it... Tried to do the same myself.

    sign up on somebody elses computer then just play on yours.
