Hello P5ers and welcome to the new & improved site!

I've received quite a few inquiries regarding missing tournaments and when scores will update. A few things:

- Tournament data is updating however it is a little slower than normal as we try to work out some bugs

- Full Tilt was last updated on 5/29/2010; there is an issue uploading the data and we've been in contact with FTP to resolve this issue. There is no time estimate as to when this will be fixed, however we should be able to retrieve all scores from the 29th onward.
*UPDATE 6/9: We received the missing tournament data today and will have it all imported by the end of this week. Please wait until Friday to contact us about any missing FTP scores. Thanks!

- betfair was last updated on 5/22/2010; there is an issue with the feed on their end and they have notified us that it may take some time for them to address the issue

- Customer Support can be reached by accessing the contact page however please keep in mind we are receiving an overwhelming number of emails and are doing our best to reply to each one in a timely manner. We appreciate your patience.
