  1. Throughout the countless hands of this community I am sure we have all seen some pretty crazy happenings.. Im guesstimating there is somewhere around a billion hands played accumatively by p5s members. Would be interesting to hear some of the freak things you guys have seen in your poker life time, esp by the guys with millions of hands.

    Here are my top 3:

    3) I've runner runner straight-flushed flopped quads.
    (A8 vs J9ss, 888s 10s Qs)
    2) I've seen Back-to-Back Quads at the same table.
    1) I've seen Back-to-Back Royal Flushes at the same table.
(First 1 I lost to w/ Aces Full, 2nd I beat Aces Full)

    What are some of your's?
  2. I had AA hold up once
  3. Don't worry, your second day will be better.

  4. honestly the craziest things I've seen have been at the Vegas poker rooms that have a high hand jackpot, people will sit there and explain to me that they have 3 to a straight flush on the flop so obv. there is no way they can fold in that situation, then sure enough some idiot will hit a runner runner straight flush to get the $200.
  5. I was playing an Ultra Turbo HU SNG on UltimateBet and my opponent got quads 4 times. If you've ever played one of those, they last like 6 minutes, so that was pretty insane.

I've also been dealt KK three times in a row playing HU cash. I folded the next hand after that and my opponent showed KK.
  6. In a live MTT at Chumash Casino in California, I saw K-K v. A-A all-in preflop and the flop came A(door card)-K-K.

    In a live MTT at the Aladdin Las Vegas, I saw A-A v. K-K v. K-K v. A-Q all-in preflop 4-ways at an 8-handed table.

    Thats' all....

  7. in MTT a few months ago, i get it all in pre w/ AA vs AK vs AK, flop comes KK8...gg me...but that's pretty standard online
  8. ya very standard - the odds of AK beating AA are much higher online.
  9. When I first started playing on Bodog I had KK and was all in Preflop vs AA. Axx flop. K turn K river LOL

  10. In a SNG one time I recognized a screen name that led me to believe I might know the player. Turns out I had met the lady before, and she lived in the same little community that I did. Odds are astronomical considering only a couple thousand people live in our town. Weirdest hand I've ever seen was a flopped set losing to runner-runner quads. Stevie444 was the loser. That was at a Step 5 the other night.
  11. Just the other day I was all in with AA vs KK vs AK vs AK and the flop was (you guessed it) Q J 10.
  12. my first hand on either Mansion or titan, royal flush.
  13. prolly the craziest thing ive seen was in a small tourney i was playing in at PSU my freshman year. it was HU (i was out, just watching) and they got it all in preflop with AA vs KK. Flop came Kxx, turn A, river K for the match. it was pretty sick, haha.
  14. Ultimate Bet a few years ago - 2 MP players limp in, SB completes and BB checks. Flop Qd Tc 9s - everyone checks, 3h - bet, raise - everyone all in. All 4 turn over KJ suited.

  15. I was at a casino and turned nut flush and ran into 4 other flushes.. river came and sure enough it was the case club.. really weird

  16. lol, i've seen some pretty sick things at the tables, but easily the sickest is 3 way all in pre...kk v ak v aj, when the cards are flipped dude says he passed an ace...flop comes QQQ, case Q on turn and it was all over...disgustingly sick
  17. CHUMASH!! That's my casino baby.
  18. I flopped a royal while a dude flopped broadway and two others flopped flushes.

I led out on the flop too, sooooooooo sweet.

Have seen set over set over set few times also.

Also, one of the craziest a dealer friend of mine has witnessed was when 4-hi raked a pot.
  19. Just saw this one Saturday so I'll share...

Very early in a $40 buy in tournament in local Phoenix casino. Two people got all in pre-flop with the dreaded AA vs KK when the flop came down KAK.

Another live game, this time at the Venetian about 2 years ago. Nothing major in that I folded 10s6s pre-flop, until the flop came 9s8s7s.

I also once hit a runner runner royal flush.

Fun stuff, depending on which side ur on.
  20. This was in a Saturday tournament at Canterbury Park in MN for anyone in that area

my KK vs AA all in preflop.

    Flop: K84 rainbow, Turn: A, River K

Clearly I'm too much of a donkey to fold it preflop, but even live stupidity is rewarded!
  21. A - I was all in KK vs AT and the flop comes TTT. Nice. Not a concidence just a crazy Bad Beat.

B - This was weird. Playing 2 x $3.25 SNGs on stars. Checking periodically to see where I was running. I was:

    30/45 in both.
    23/33 in both.
    11/19 in both.
    Got AA in both.
    6/8 in both.
    Got KK in both.
    1/6 in both.
    Took beat in both.
    3/3 in both.
    Out in 3rd in both.

    That was strange.
  22. One other - live event

MP raiser, SB and BB both call.

    Flop Qd Jd Td

MP raises, SB min raises, BB calls, MP all in, call, call

MP - Ad Kc (broadway and draw to royal and nut flush)
SB - Ah Kd (broadway and draw to royal and 2nd nut flush)
BB - 9d 8d - flops straight flush and has nuts since neither guy can hit their royal.

  23. At the venitian seeing a flop of Ks Ks 9d
  24. Playing HU in a home game, we both got dealt AA. This means that, after shuffling, all four aces were together in the deck. The funniest part was when the dealer was shuffling, I had jokingly asked him to rig the deck.
  25. Ace of spades on the board

Ace of spades in my hand
  26. Lol good ones, especially turtomic, spankyhamm, 8ntmuch and OP
  27. KK vs my QQ vs AcJd vs j10 os

Flop 10 10d Qd..... Kd .....river Ad

KK laid down the K before the turn with all the action and blew up when K hit.
I was loving life until the straight draw went runner runner royal flush.

    My frustration poll here....

  28. Guy in a live game told me he picked up AA in three straight hands in a live tournament. Another player had KK in the same three hands. They chopped all three pots when the board made a flush and then 2 straights.
  29. Just tonight: all in - 55 vs 55 - i rivered the flush to send him packing, obvsly he wasnt a P5's member.
