thought this article was a great read;
I usually find myself making many thought out decisions.
But my question is that.. when your brain leads you the wrong way how do you anti-tilt?
cause i hate it when my first instict is call.. than i start over thinking and make a terrible fold.. or my first instinct is fold and end up calling vise versa.
anyways thanks for the great read!

I always try and at least take a few seconds each time to make a good decision. Most players would probably benefit from this unless you're a player like lil who is mentioned in the article.
