It's really borderline, because your stack is big enough to find surer spots. You are probably up against another big ace and a big pair, so your equity is probably around 30% and your getting just around 2:1.
Still, I have a hard time folding here. -

Looks like someone has to have a monster like AA or KK in that spot to me. AK looks good, but I would fold. I don't think B1zN1z would call off all his chips with something other then QQ-AA.. possibly AQ but I doubt it. 4 raises in front of him.

I looked at the hand for a while and still think I would call given this situation again. I did not really have any history going into the hand, all I can say is I had a fairly loose image at the table.
