Reason #498 that PokerStars owns (OBP)

    A while ago I ordered a monitor with FPPs, waited a couple weeks then heard Stars had a few Wiis for 4k FPP less than what I paid for the monitor. Already have 2 monitors so I asked if I could swap the two and PS went out of their way to cancel the monitor and substitute it for a Wii -- and gave me back the 4k difference. Got my Wii two days ago and couldn't be happier.

    Not the hugest thing, but Stars put in the effort to make sure I was happy and that counts for something. I've only been on PS for 18 months but in that time I've experienced better customer service from them than ANY other company (not just poker sites). Every time I have to deal with Dell, Sprint, AT&T, etc I always think "Damn I wish Scott Y was handling this instead."

    So THANK YOU pokerstars and special shout-out to William & Scott who hooked me up.

    They had 10 Wii's up for grabs about a month ago. A stars rep made a post about it in OT and basically said, "First come, first serve."

    Yah but i dont wanna do that sh1t...I wanna be kicked to the curb countless times by stars and take it like a man and not have to pull the i run bad post out just yet. Come on stars i know u can do better then that i feel another 200 str8 trnys of running terrible come on lets see it.
