    i play a lot of tournies on stars and i notice a lot of the same people have ridiculously large stacks at the end of the rebuy period, even in the larger buy in rebuys(100 rb sunday, $50 rb wednesday). I would like to hear some strategies during this time to help get a far above average stack.Is it just that they are willing to rebuy unlimited times untill they get that many chips? i dont know. . do you?

    step 1:

    go all in on any pots where like 4 people are all in with ANY 2 CARDS

    step 2:

    if they don't win that pot, rebuy

    step 3:

    repeat.

    This is the official donkey method, though -- people like br, jsup and such don't do it as much from what I've seen, they just play looser because of the rebuy format.

    how about this. . if the tourney is a $20 rebuys, how much would you expect to spend on average during rebuy period to expect a large stack when the break comes. all luck aside because it is a given u must get a few lucky hands within only one hour

    win a 50 sat use that money to go crazy lol limp in all hands for cheap

    play your aces suited cards and multi way pots .. 30 R/A cost 150 " 5x rule i use "

    There are videos on my site on how to chip up during a rebuy and more to come. To answer the other question, spending 5 times the buyin in a rebuy is certainly acceptable. Depending on payout and likelihood that you are able to win, more is also acceptable. Try not to ever spend more than half of 10th place. 30 rebuy, figure 150 or a bit more if need be. IMHO>

    I budget 60 for one "silly" round where I chase whatever I want. I budget 30 more for one bad beat and 60 max more.

    If hit 150 and still have no stack i stop and wait for the next tourney lol.

    i actually did sign up yesterday for your site nsx and watched about 4-5 videos so far. I like it a lot so far and recommend it to others. I seem to do very good in limit hold em cash games i play the 40-80 at hollywood park almost every weekend and do well. Tournaments just seem to give me problems so im tryin to get all the help i can with em. I did have one question for you though nsx. i noticed that in your videos you say that "aces flop more often in online poker" as well as "everyone gets good and bad hands in a tourney because it is in the programming". This is something i do not want to be true since i have always thought everything was "random" Do you strongly believe in that?. .Any proof? because that is a little discouraging. Great site by the way. $50 well spent

    ARGH!!!!!!! I hate me!! Ignore any of those comments. I have stopped with any of that crap in all future videos. Sry, disregard. I also posted this in the forum on my site. IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE. Whether there is proof or not, it's not important. You can win online simply by playng good poker.

    ok heh. i figured it was weird coming from someone like you who apparently has some status. The other thing i do see often that you say i large stacks winning all ins late in tournies. Probly coincidence but still happends too often. i was hoping to try and bust u in the pocketfives open on stars but i guess ill have to wait. : ] gl at bay

    Skawty88... u playing the PocketFives.com Open? I am in trouble... you watched the videos from NSXT2!! I have yet to register for his site, but I may since he is about to win a million at Bay 101 this week. $50 well spent you say? Thats only one Big Blind to u Mr. $40-$80 regular game!
