Remember when FTP said they would send out cash out updates on Monday?

    I have not received any updates from Full Tilt regarding the cashout delays, despite receiving an email saying that they would provide updates two days ago. Anyone hear anything from them?

    ya they told me they would email me last thursday saying they would give me an update by this past monday and iv gotten nothing.. its ridiculous ... this is so bad

    It's just so weird that they wouldn't send out something Monday. It could have said they're recovering the money from aliens. Anything would have been better for their sake than the silent treatment. I just find that strange.

    Same with stars.. No echeck since 4/19 no updates no email nothing. NO response from support.

    FTP is putting me on life tilt. I have been waiting since April 9th for checks by mail and have emailed support and the cashier with zero response.

    So today (may 7th) I get mail from ftp. well its not a check its a friggin t shirt for knocking out a pro. Yeah thx a lot ftp. you can send me a tshirt but no money. wtf??

    How can it possibly take a month to send a guy a check by mail. hell I coulda walked to the ftp headquarters (wherever that is?) and picked up my money and been home taking beats on their site by now.

    I guess FTPDoug doesn't even know what the problem is. Or ftp doesnt want anyone to know what happened.

    man april 9th is a joke!!!!!!! i cashed out april 24th today is the 9th day they said it could take up to 10 buisness days.... what a joke!!!!! iv emailed them several times and nothing for the past week
