  1. game:2-5 nl 300max buyin
u have k4 ur on the button...someone limps utg some one raises 15 u call and the limper calls.
flop is a k j raiser raises 50, u call, and other player is down. next card is a blank we'll say 2 raiser bets 100 leaving him about 180 left u have him covered with about another 350 in front of u...what do u do? pot=150 + his bet of 100 = 250...
i folded and it didn't feel good being told i should've called

  2. better yet how would u have played it...would u have been the aggressor and reraised on the flop

  3. I think the biggest mistake here was flatcalling the flop. He only bet 15 pre, so there's a good chance he's holding a weak ace. If you pop it up he either folds and you take the pot, he calls and you push the turn or he pushes and you have a pair with a nut draw.

Flatcalling is your worst option becuase it just screams draw so of course he c bets and commits himself on the blank turn. Especially considering you have pos, you need to rachet up pressure on the flop.

once you flatcall the flop I think you have to fold that turn
  4. I concur......you wanna raise or fold preflop......I would FOLD.....why the fuck would anyone think K-4 is some kinda great hand with two people already in the pot ?....you are either gonna wind up chasing the flush or you are gonna become a dog to a bigger K......UTG limper probably has a middle pair or might even be slow playing A-A.....fold and wait for greener pastures........
  5. Lol @ saying "he only bet 15 pre, so there's a good chance he's holding a weak ace". The size of the preflop raise here has little relevance to the hand imo.

Every street is bad in my opinion. Fold Pre, if not, Put it in on the flop (as in raise, call all in), as played on the turn I'm all in because these live donkeys don't have a clue what pot odds are and will fold a weak ace all day. And your only 60 bb's deep or w/e so get it in.
