  1. playing low limit 45 person tourney

JJ in early position I raise 2.5x bb three callers.
Flop comes 3 Q 8 rainbow. I bet the pot, one raises the other re raises...I thought for sure at least a queen or a set. I fold the JJ
The turn comes a 9 and the river comes a 6 they bet on all of the streets and then one turns over 3 4 os and the other 2 8 os....
I made notes on both players in case I play them again...and I cashed third in the tourney but
this hand really bugged me. I just felt sure I was beat.
How would you have played this?
Thank you all very much for any and all input.
  2. just remember, you will fold the winning hand once in a while.
  3. I'd play it the same way. You'd think at least one of them has you beat. Don't let this hand bug you, it's not worth it. In these low limit sng's, you see all kinds of ridiculous calls and raises.
  4. "If you never get bluffed out of a pot you're calling too much" - Phil Gordon

When there is a cbet, a raise and a re-raise I would never think an underpair to the board was good...ever
  5. Thank you all very much for your input and help
