No one really out of line yet, action has pretty much been insta checked by both people two streets, neither has been to active.
Not sure about checked flop line but wanted to try and control the pot as much as possible, maybe this isnt optimal three handed?

I generally agree with this, however there is merit to flatting the c/r if for some reason OP gets the feeling villain is tooling out with an odd holding, maybe the clubs, where the river will go check/check on blank rivers. I don't like a value flat here though.
OP- If you flatted to get to a check/check river you didn't get it. If you flatted for value I think you are misguided. Time to fold.
EDIT: I particularly like a flat of the turn c/r since villain open limped here. It may be a sign that villain is not a good player and may be taking a line with a hand we still beat. I still think we have to fold river, but it is much closer since villain may be bad enough to limp suited king or other odd holdings and play them for value. -
No I flatted turn bc the villain is pretty bad, and I still think my hand is best...the riv isnt the best card but it isnt the worse bc the it helps take j10 out of his range. The check I was refering to was on the flop, is it bad to check behind on a drawy board three handed in position?
