    My partypoker account was hacked into and robbed for about 500 bucks this morning and PartyPoker's response...Oh yes someone logged on from a different location and made a transfer but we cannot just take money from people or shut down accounts, we are not responsible.

    Did they believe that it wasn't you logging in from a different computer? If they admitted that, this is one of worst customer service replies ever. You should pm Adam and let him know if that's what happened because all of the members need to know about the postition taken by party poker in this case. Glad I don't play there but don't want to see others ripped off, it doesn't help the online poker community

    they didnt take all your money???? or was 500$ all your money, just seems weird, or is 500 max transfer? anyway that sucks im sorry man, youll get it back through karma, youll win a tourney for 500$ or something
