    I've been trying to figure this out for the past couple of hours, it's very complicated.

    Rudy said he didn't receive a PM from dunford, but I have a pm from dunford to Rudy still on record. Dunford spoke on IM with the IM name Rudy gave him and got scammed when they transferred. Dunford is 100% sure the only person he private messaged with is Rudy. Dunford also received ANOTHER im from someone asking if he still needed a transfer, this one came out of the blue. That can only mean there were multiple people involved in the scam, as he only talked on IM with one person. I don't know how deep the scamming network goes, but, as we've seen before, they're very creative and will go to great lengths to get your money.

    The name that ended up scamming Dunford on party has been linked back to Finny on p5s, so he is banned as well as a precautionary move. We're trying to protect people from getting scammed, but it's going to happen as long as people are asking for money transfers on a public forum. Please do not ask for money on our boards, and only through private message if you know the person. There are too many vultures out there.

    good job admins....way to get the dirt off our boards....you should ban let me on ub too....takes bets and does not pay....always looking to scam people with bets.....

    Sad to suggest, but the best way to handle is to have a no tolerence policy and put it in the TOS when you sign up. No money offers or exchanges or be banned. Too many scammers out there.

    I have only exchanged money with one person and that was BigGunX and we made the deal at a table. That was a long time ago, but I knew enough about him from his time and experience on the boards that it was a safe transaction.

    Im glad you did because if I lost the bet I was prepared to send him my money via transfer on stars. I appreciate you looking out for us.

    job well done i myself made a side bet with a guy on here and never got paid either but i used outside to confirm the messages ( yahoo) no big deal 10 bux aint shit and this guy sucked anyhow future note to self only idebet with people who you know and trust.

    great job keep banning people scamming

    i help people out with transfers all the time and have never had a problem

    its simple the approacher should send first and the other person should be someone with a good reputation problem solved

    We've had a couple instances of sportsbetting scams in OT, that's something I forgot to mention to be careful about.

    I got a strange message sent to me by pigeon carrier from one of the banned people asking if I sold any "wrestling masks" in an event of attempting a comeback....hmm, I only have 1 Mr. X mask in stock and it's being used for other extra curricular activities.

    Im 99% sure I know who rudy89 is.. he appeared one day before someone else was banned from scamming a charity tourney, I have asked adam to check the Ips to see if they are the same. I dont know if Adam got the Pm yet and I guess at this point it doesnt matter.

    I am just so sorry at people getting scammed. I think instead of waiting for someone to scam we should all post if someone is asking for money trades that you dont know.

    I have one last thing to say. Why doesnt everyone have neteller? stars cashs out almost instantly to a neteller account. Then you can deposit it anywhere ina just a few minutes. I feel everyone should do as much as possible to have control over thier own money.

    I do know of two peoples whos neteller account was hacked and we will never be safe as long as their are computers and hackers but we should all deal with only people we know and as much as possible straight from the sites to and from neteller.

    i just want to say that Ive been involved in some trades/exchanges on this site as well, and like mattg ive never had any problems.

    Wow Perma Tilt! That attitude is certainly an about face from the attitude you took with me about reporting the cheaters to Poker stars. You said, " Only thing I hate worse than a cheat is a SNITCH."

    This guy wouldn't have been caught and banned without someone "snitching". I agree with the snitching and the banning, just not your hypocritical attitude, Perma.

    Its pretty amazing how trusting people are online . . . shame to mess that up. I myself have chopped at the end of multiple tourneys, and had poeple that do not know me willing to trust me with hunreds or thousands of dollars with only an AIM name and a name on the site.

    Well I didn't want to make this post but I guess I should stand up and be counted among those that got scammed, I don't get scammed often so it's a little embarrassing. Victimitis or (NQ CHAT) didn't have the money to play in the last tourney that she set up, I felt bad for her so I transfered her $150. She said she would get it back to me soon .........<CRICKET sounds>

    Her(Him)? AIM stopped working a couple days later..........

    If the money shows up I'll post that it did, but at this point I'm pretty sure it's gone.

    i have done transfers for people on here before, as well as held money for bets. Its sad that people go to such legnths to steal when I literally don't even think about it and just think people assume I am trustworthy because I am.

    I knew Victimis was a dude.
