  1. Any players here that make a living off SATs besides THE FIEND???
  2. yup..I make my living playing sngs and sats.

but..imho...so many regs in the sats nowadays, much tougher than they used to be. I sometimes find myself practicing table selection and unreg from games, and I never did that for sat's before.

Fiend is a fiend tho....I've battled him before in some sat challenges and you better put the following three things near you...food...drink...bong. You have to be prepared to at least 9-12 table to have a chance.

  3. definitely don't make a living off them, but when ever I get low online for $ I usually grind those for a while b/c they are super soft and very easy to build a bankroll with. Usually every FTOPS I play them and end up basically freerolling in every event I play because of multi-qualifying for events.

  4. I used to be a tutor for the SAT's English section. I made $40 an hour which was insane for a high school kid. Why do you ask?

  5. why are sat's softer than SNG's?

no idea, but they are really bad. i feel like people in the 8.80 ds to the mill are way worse than $3.25 6max players.

Because you don't have to play to win in these things...it's basically get a seat with 1-2bb and is equivalent to winning an mtt since payouts are flat. Sngs are different because you are actually playing for first in those. Sats>>>>>>>>sngs imo.
  8. Stndrdeviant is up 100k in profit purly from sattys.
