Hey guys,
Im not much of a poster but I read alot of threads on here and they are very helpful so thank you all for the interesting reads. Over the past few weeks Ive built up a bankroll of a little over $2K and I really want to try to satellite into a few FTOPS events this Feburary. I played a $26 sat. this past week and won a seat into event #1. I am curious as to what the standards/rules (if you will) are as far as how much money to spend trying to satellite into events. I've spent probably $80 so far in satellite buy-ins and wondered what other people are spending on these. Thank you in advance for your opinions. -
These are great bankroll boosters. Considering that you can unregister and take the $Tdollars, just treat them like sit n go's, not like like direct entry satellites. find out which sats you like the best and play those.

Thank you for the reply. Depending on which events I do win a seat to I really want to take a stab at some of these FTOP tourneys. Even though I am not experienced in higher stakes MTTs I think the experience itself will be rewarding and I still have a decent roll for playing the $10-20 MTTs.
