Scammers working players at Full Tilt Poker

    Thought I would post this as in my tired state last night I got momentarily caught out on this scam. The note below popped up whilst on the break in the tourney...

    Dealer: FullTilt Poker giveaway $50,000. The first
    two players from this table who visit the website
    http://win-fulltiltpoker.com/ will be awarded with
    $25,000 . Admin : Chris Ferguson

    The website itself is quite realistic but on closer inspection there
    are typos and poor grammar.

    Anyway I $%&$ed up and told full tilt about the scam. The type by the scammers
    was slightly different than the other players but have since been told that anyone
    speaking on behalf of admin would be in green type.

    Luckily I realised the scam within about 20 seconds so have changed my details
    accordingly. The biggest clue on reflection is the web address - if anyone has some
    malicious code you can send the way of that site please be my guest.

    This was going on all night during the 750k. People must fall for it otherwise it would not be profitable for them to spend 5 hours spamming the hell out of every table.

    The only people who fall for it are the donks who rail the big games.

    Support has started to send periodical messages warning people to not give out thier private info.

    It should be simple enough for pokersites to keep scammers spammers and beggars off the site.

    Any site that does not bother to do so, is only hurting themselves.
