You'll probably have more consistent success doing it this way. If you play the first 3 steps you will have spent a total of $5 + $1.40 in Tournament Fees or $6.40 to win $40, a nice $33.60 in profit. And it would take you around 2 1/2 to 3 hours to do it. You're looking at around $11 an hour. Not a bad part-time gig.

Ok, so I said screw playing another $10.80 and just played a $21.60 (I wanted to win my buy-in for the $11 21:15 $5k). Well long story short, I started this quest with $25.
Played a $10.80, and won. Then played two $21.60's, and won. So I turned that $25 into $71 and then used $11 of it for the tourney in 15 min.
So I'm sitting with $60 of an original $25 when I started tonight. May play one more $21.60 before I go for the $54 - to ensure I'm on my game. Even though I played some $54's earlier and the play is just as horrible.
Thus far in 3 games...
1 - $10.80 and 2 - $21.60 = total profit $46 ($25 into $71) after rake. -
ok i started playing with 4 tables of 5$ double or nothing and won all of them. then played 2 tables of the $10 double or nothing and won both on them. (so im 6 for 6) should i go to 2 tables of the $20 or 1table or should i just keep multitabling the $10?

Ended up playing a 45man and got tied up and was unable to keep the grind. But I did play one more $21.60, so I'm now 4 for 4 on the night.
1 - $10.80 ~ $9.20
3 - $21.60 ~ $55.20
Total profit = $64.40, bankroll set aside just from these 4 games tonight went from $25 to $89.40 - they are profitable, and extremely soft. If you can double-up you're pretty much guaranteed to cash. -
Honestly, the $21.60's are just as soft as the $10.80's. I played some $54's earlier and went 2/3 - they aren't hard either.

No turbos for you, js?

Nope. 10-min levels are fine with me, the antes kick in at 25/50 so not much push-botting and the average player's button play is horrible. We just ended that last one on the 2nd hand of 50/100.

Scratch that, 7 for 7.
1 - $10.80 ~ $9.20
6 - $21.60 ~ $110.40
Total profit = $119.60 after rake (not including getting your buy-in back) after all, it is a double-or-nothing. So if you go 5 out of 5 in the $21.60's you can show a profit of $92, after rake, so soft.
