    Took advantage of their "free" entry into the $250K toady by depositing on their site before noon EST. Sent the required email to them, contacted support when I was not registered about 2 hours before the tourney. They assured me I would be registered. 20 minutes before tourney I am still not registered so I get the live chat thing again and they tell me no worries. With 2 minutes left I talk to them again and tell them I am paying the $165 and they can refund me. They agree. Then the software locked me out and would not let me pay as I clicked on register multiple times. Trust me it was not an accident...Then as the tourney registration closed the lobby miraculously let me try to register, only to get shut out. What a piece of shit site.

    This is my last email to them:

    Ok, I sent you an email at 9:00 EST stating I deposited money onto the site and you were supposed to enter me into the to $250K. I contacted support 3 times on live chat and they said I would be registered. When I was not registered my lobby WOULD not let me enter when I tried to pay the $165!!!

    WTF? I am really pissed as I had my day planned around this event.

    I demand a resolution!

    This site is a joke. Pushed the $250K tournament back a week to avoid their overlay, and then started giving away free seats to the damn thing when it was clear they weren't going to make the guarantee this week either. Fuck your customers over again and again, great way to attract new players.

    i've been having problems with them 2...their support sucks..they don't answer e-mails...they don't take the time to resolve issues on the phone...most of the time they don't know what they are talking about...i hear diff thing from diff ppl that work their all the time.
    move on 2 another site!!!!

    This is only a little thing but I really really doubt that was doyle playing at one point "he" said "my daughter is hot man"

    I seriously doubt he talks like that especially from everything ive seen from him through the media.

    I got an e-mail at 9:58 last night from Doyle's Room telling me that if I deposited at least $75 I would get a 25% bonus and a ticket into todays 250K Tournament. I woke up today at 11:45, rushed it, didn't enter the promotion code, and just got in. I would be pissed if I had bought my way into that thang.

    EDIT: You had to deposit and send them an e-mail by noon to be entered. I deposited $100 and then sent them an e-mail, all after 11:50. I didn't see myself on the list, and went back to look at the e-mail, and I saw the promo code thing, and figured I was fucked...but my name ended up popping up anyways. Must be my lucky day, considering all of the bad things I'm reading about that site.
